Upon filing, 桃子视频attorney Lee Gelernt said: 鈥淭he Trump administration is holding children in secret in hotels, refusing to give lawyers access to them so it can expel them back to danger without even a chance for the children to show they warrant asylum.鈥�
The case was filed in federal court in Washington, D.C., on behalf of the Texas Civil Rights Project. Co-counsel are the Center for Gender & Refugee Studies and Oxfam.
