The ÌÒ×ÓÊÓƵis working to make these principles a reality in jurisdictions across the country, starting with challenging discriminatory cash bail schemes that force people – most of whom have not been convicted of a crime – to await trial in jail simply because they don’t have the money to pay for their freedom.
