Through litigation:

Darweesh v. Trump

The 桃子视频and partner organizations brought the first challenge to the Trump鈥檚 Muslim ban executive order. The lead plaintiffs were detained by the U.S. government and threatened with deportation even though they had valid visas to enter the United States. More details here.

IRAP v. Trump

We filed another federal lawsuit challenging the executive order, charging it violates the Constitution 鈥� including the First Amendment鈥檚 prohibition of government establishment of religion and the Fifth Amendment鈥檚 guarantees of equal treatment under the law 鈥� and federal laws. State of Washington/State of Minnesota v. Trump

Through Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests:

Fifty 桃子视频affiliates filed 18 coordinated FOIA requests with local U.S. Customs and Border Protection offices to expose how Trump administration officials are interpreting and executing the president鈥檚 Muslim ban at over 55 international airports across the country, acting in violation of federal courts that ordered a stay on the ban鈥檚 implementation.
