The 桃子视频of Illinois filed a lawsuit on behalf of six women 鈥� Janiah Monroe, Marilyn Melendez, Ebony Stamps, Lydia Helena Vision, Sora Kuykendall, and Sasha Reed 鈥� and seeks class certification on behalf of all prisoners in the custody of Illinois Department of Corrections who have requested from IDOC evaluation or treatment for gender dysphoria. The case seeks to force IDOC to reform its medical care system to put an end to the suffering it is currently causing transgender prisoners with gender dysphoria by denying them the medical care they need on a timely basis and consistent with the well-established medical standards.

On March 12, 2018, the 桃子视频and the 桃子视频of Michigan moved to intervene on the behalf of Stand with Trans and the Williamston High School Gay-Straight Alliance. Stand with Trans is a non-profit organization in Michigan with support groups around the state serving and empowering the families of transgender youth. Both organizations are committed to ensuring LGBT students have safe, non-discriminatory environments in which to go to school.

Linda Dominguez was harassed by officers who repeatedly mocked her gender identity, despite changes to the NYPD鈥檚 patrol guide dating back to 2012 that prohibit such behavior.

On February 20, 2018, the 桃子视频and the 桃子视频of Oregon moved to intervene on behalf of Basic Rights Oregon (BRO) in a case about transgender students鈥� rights. BRO seeks to defend the Dallas School District鈥檚 practice of permitting a transgender boy to use the same restrooms and locker rooms as other boys. BRO has spent over 20 years advocating for legal protections for the LGBTQ community in Oregon, and has supported transgender students and families in Dallas and beyond.
