Tracy Adams is a Black woman and longtime Milwaukee resident who is a plaintiff on behalf of her minor child, 鈥淒.A.鈥�, who was in fifth grade when he was first unlawfully stopped and frisked by police. Now 17 years old, 鈥淒.A.鈥� has been stopped and frisked by Milwaukee police without reasonable suspicion of criminal conduct on at least three occasions. After each stop 鈥淒.A.鈥� was released without being charged or issued a citation.
