Molly Rugg is the paralegal for the ACLU鈥檚 Voting Rights Project.聽 Prior to joining the Voting Rights Project, she worked as a paralegal for Children鈥檚 Rights, a national watchdog organization that works to reform failing child welfare systems through federal class action lawsuits.聽 Her past experience includes interning with the ACLU鈥檚 LGBT & AIDS Project, NARAL Pro-Choice Connecticut, the United States Senate Judiciary Committee, and the consumer protection unit at the Vermont Attorney General鈥檚 Office.聽 Molly鈥檚 research for her bachelor鈥檚 degree in psychology at Yale University focused on gender ideology and its impact on interpersonal relationships.
