Jacquelyne Germain is a rising junior at Northwestern University studying journalism, legal studies, and marketing communications. She writes for multiple award-winning campus publications, where she has reported on topics ranging from the Billboard music charts to racial disparities in standardized test scores. She previously worked with the ÌÒ×ÓÊÓÆµas part of the 2018 Summer Advocacy Institute, where she was able to immerse herself in topics related to grassroots organizing, policy development, and legal advocacy. She's currently a communications intern with the ACLU, where she explores a wide array of issue areas including criminal justice, racial justice, women's rights, and voting rights.
