Bio
David Goldberger is the former legal and legislative director of the 桃子视频of Illinois. He was lead counsel in three U.S. Supreme Court cases, including National Socialist Party of America v. Village of Skokie. He is currently a Professor Emeritus at the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, and is an expert on the Freedom of Assembly and the First Amendment.
