Bio
Chelsea G. Tejada (she/her) is a Staff Attorney at the ACLU鈥檚 Reproductive Freedom Project. She litigates in state and federal courts across the U.S. states and territories to protect and expand access to reproductive health care, including abortion, contraception, and birthing services. Her cases have included challenges to Missouri鈥檚 total abortion ban, Guam鈥檚 telemedicine ban, and Nevada鈥檚 ban on Medicaid funding for abortion. She previously served as a Justice Catalyst Legal Fellow and is a graduate of Boston University School of Law and Amherst College.
