Xavier Persad is a senior policy counsel at the ACLU, where he focuses on advancing voting rights and protecting democracy. He has served as a policy expert and strategist for nearly a decade on a broad range of issues, including LGBTQ rights and gun violence prevention.
Xavier holds a Master of Laws in Human Rights Law from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a J.D. from Florida A&M University College of Law. He is a member of the Florida Bar.
