Bio

Molly McGrath is a voting rights attorney, advocate, and organizer who currently works in the ACLU's National Political Advocacy Department as a Director of National Campaigns where she leads voting rights campaigns across the country. She is also the host of the ACLU’s new voting mini podcast At the Polls. She has spent most of her career on the ground assisting voters one-on-one who have been disenfranchised by suppressive voting laws--like strict photo ID laws — and organizing volunteers to do the same. She has been featured in the New York Times, Today Show, CNN, MTV, Mother Jones and many other national outlets and documentaries.

She is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Wisconsin and received her law degree from Brooklyn Law School, where she received the school's highest award for her public service legal work.
