Lío Mehiel is an actor, artist, and filmmaker. Lío made their feature film debut as the lead role in Mutt, which premiered at the 2023 Sundance Film Festival. Their performance won them the Special Jury Award for Acting. In The Summers, premiering at this year’s festival, marks Lío’s second consecutive year in a film at Sundance. Lío is a co-founder of Voyeur Productions. Their filmmaking work includes Chaperone, Disforia, and Entre Amigxs.
