Kyle Virgien is a Senior Staff Attorney at the ÌÒ×ÓÊÓƵNational Prison Project. He focuses on challenging unconstitutional conditions in ICE detention facilities and fighting the expansion of detention. In addition, he has previously worked in impact litigation and advocacy on topics including the COVID-19 crisis behind bars, electronic surveillance by the government, and disability rights.
