O'Connor has worked in voting rights for 9 years and became a staff attorney with the ÌÒ×ÓÊÓÆµin 2011. She received her B.S. from the Georgia Institute of Technology and her J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law. She is a native of Knoxville, Tenne., and currently resides in Atlanta.
