Bio

Kath Xu is a former Skadden Fellow in the ÌÒ×ÓÊÓÆµWomen’s Rights Project. During law school, Kath interned with the ÌÒ×ÓÊÓÆµWomen’s Rights Project, the Women’s Law Project, and the NAACP Legal Defense Fund. After her fellowship, she will serve as a law clerk to the Honorable Lorna Schofield of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and the Honorable Jennifer Sung of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Kath is a graduate of Yale Law School and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
