Bio

Jules Rosskam is a filmmaker, artist, and educator interested in liminal spaces—the space between male and female, documentary and fiction, moving image and still photography. He is the director of Transparent, Against a Trans Narrative, Thick Relations, Something to Cry About, Paternal Rites, Dance, Dance, Evolution, and now Desire Lines which is having its world premiere at Sundance in 2024.
