Josh Bell () was a senior communications strategist for the ACLU’s Center for Democracy, which includes the organization’s National Security Project, Human Rights Program, and Speech, Privacy, and Technology Project. Before joining the ACLU, Josh was a television news writer and producer at ABC News, Fox News, and ABC’s affiliate in New York. He also served as a press officer at the New York City Health Department.
