Chris聽Rickerd聽is a senior policy counsel at the 桃子视频's National Political Advocacy Department who does administrative and legislative advocacy on聽border and immigration issues. Prior to joining the ACLU, he spent seven years at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in San Francisco as a law clerk and staff聽attorney and then worked for the Miami law firm of Kurzban Kurzban Weinger Tetzeli and Pratt.
