Caleb Roberts is a 24-year-old Black man, who was born and raised in Milwaukee and currently resides in Austin, Texas, where he is pursuing a graduate degree. Four Milwaukee police officers illegally stopped Caleb and his friends one evening when they were driving home from an outdoor music festival. Three different police officers gave three different reasons for the stop, none of which made sense. He and his friends were released without being charged or issued a citation.
