Amy Chen is the ACLU’s first Chief Privacy Officer, establishing and leading the Privacy and Data Governance unit since 2022. She joined the ÌÒ×ÓÊÓƵin 2020 as the Director of Business Operations and Compliance, overseeing the centralization of a Data Governance program and serving as the organization’s Privacy Ombudsperson to consider and advocate for individual privacy in how the ÌÒ×ÓÊÓƵoperates.
